Call for Manuscripts

Researchers, scholars, teachers, administrators, specialists, and advanced graduate students are invited to submit manuscripts. The journal seeks theoretical and empirical contributions that advance knowledge on issues concerning children, parents, and teachers.

Submissions using quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods approaches are welcome. Manuscripts may be submitted at any time of the year. The journal is published quarterly in online and print formats.

Aims and Objectives

ERCPT Journal is a publication of the African Educational Research and Development Foundation (AERDF). It publishes original research that contributes to theory and practice in education, with particular focus on the welfare of children, parents, and teachers.

Opinions expressed in published articles do not necessarily reflect the views of AERDF.

Submission Requirements

ERCPT Journal provides a platform for researchers, professionals, practitioners, and students to disseminate knowledge through high-quality research articles, literature reviews, case studies, and book reviews.

• Full names of all authors
• Institutional affiliation and physical address
• Email addresses of all authors
• Clearly indicate the corresponding author

Publication Language

Manuscripts must be written in English (either USA or UK English, but not both).

Tables, figures, and appendices (if any) must be included in the main manuscript.

Ethics, Acknowledgement & Conflict of Interest

Ethical approval must be stated where applicable. Authors must acknowledge all forms of support and declare any conflict of interest.

Word Limit

Manuscripts should not exceed 8,000 words, including references, tables, figures, and appendices.
